
1. What is the Polar BodyAge Health and Fitness Assessment?
The Polar BodyAge System is an exclusive health assessment developed to quickly and simply provide members with a baseline measurement of their overall fitness level. The system provides members a BodyAge, compares it with their actual chronological age and, with help from Fit World’s educated staff, and provides a complete fitness program to help members reach their obtainable BodyAge.
2. What is BodyAge?
BodyAge is the biological age of your body based on how well you maintain it. Our world is full of stressors which, in-turn, accelerate the aging process. The result - the body becomes older than its years. If someone is 35 but their BodyAge is 45, there are steps that can be taken to work to improve their BodyAge and overall health and fitness.
3. How does the Polar BodyAge System work?
Through a series of physical tests and questionnaires, the Polar BodyAge assessment provides members with a BodyAge score indicating whether they are above or below their current chronological age. Next, the Fit World staff will study the results of the assessment and produce a detailed fitness program. The fitness program will help members set goals and work towards lowering their BodyAge and improving their health.
4. How long does it take a person to go through the Polar BodyAge assessment?
The Full BodyAge Assessment takes approximately 1 hour and includes tests / assessments involving body composition, cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength, flexibility and health risk (i.e. nutrition, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and stress) and a FMS (Functional Movement Screening which is and athletic movement screen that will detect any body imbalances or limitations.

8. How much does it cost?
